Required documents and processes:

• Policy and receipt copy
  
• Application letter of the insured

Important Note for glass damages: If there is any security called "24 hours help line" on the policy regarding glass damages, the must be advised to this line primarily. The glass repair or change can only be performed by the service informed by the damage advice line. If there is no "24 hours help line "on the policy, please contact with our brokers or relevant insurance company.

NOTE:
1. Regarding internal water damages, damages caused by such as breakdowns, corrosion, wearing out are not included to indemnity. (For instance, water pipes)
2. Coating and paint flushing caused by humidity as a result of workmanship fault or weakness of out surface of the building are not included in the indemnity.
3. There is an estimated rate of exception for floods or water raids over the total amount of the insured value
4. M The Security is given with a condition that the gems and the precious materials must be kept under a lock

IMPORTANT: The documents related to damage obtained from legal offices must bear signature and stamp with "Same as original"
