After your phone notice for damage to the 24 hours on duty
phone notice numbers of the relevant insurance company work
with CNK Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Co. Ltd. to get
your damage file number and get your expert.
Required documents and processes:
- Certificate showing that the person is diving under security
of the diving school or association.
- Divers declaration about damage and the original invoice
showing the medical care expenses of the diver.
- Written declaration of the Instructor, Dive master or
equivalent diving leader about describing the damage related
to diver.
- For citizens of Republic of Turkey , copy of T.R. Identity,
if possible Diving certificate
- Passport copy from foreigners and if possible diving certificate
- If the medical care expenses are paid by diving school/
diving center or the person , the expenses that are made
(doctor, hospital , medicine, transportation, accommodation
, etc.) invoices should be arranged for name of the casualty
and it is a must to obtain a disclaimer letter from the
casualty. If this disclaimer letter cannot be obtained the
amount of the damage will be directly paid to the casualty.
In this case getting back the damage amount from the casualty
by the diving school/ diving center/ diving company will
depend on the good intention of the casualty. You must pay
attention to this point.
