After your phone notice for damage to the 24 hours on duty

your damage file number and get your expert.
Required documents and processes:
- If there is any security called "24 hours help line"
on the policy regarding glass damages, the must be advised
to this line primarily. The glass repair or change can only
be performed by the service informed by the damage advice
line.
- If there is no "24 hours help line "on the policy,
please contact with our brokers or relevant insurance company.
IMPORTANT: The documents related to damage obtained
from legal offices must bear signature and stamp with "Same
as original"
